Finished in January 08, our Villa overlooking Boracay's Bulabog lagoon is open for business.

Built to European specifications with a funky Euro/Asian look and contemporary fittings, the apartments will give you a vantage point to check the conditions as soon as you open your eyes.


Our concept is simple to make you feel like, "you are staying with friends".

Options available:
1 bedroom only,  double bed ensuite room with large balcony...........
1 bedroom with kitchen, double or twin with balcony.........
or..........ideal for families........link them together for a 2 bed studio apartments , options of 2 x doubles or 1 double & 1 twin room.

We've fitted our rooms with high quality fixtures and fittings, climate control AC for your comfort, hot shower, UPC patio doors to individual balconies. Quality mattresses were chosen with fine linens and silks furnishing the room for an ultimate night sleep, after a great day at the beach.

The landscaped garden offers a lawn area and 2 decks for a peaceful day away from the beach if you so desire. There's also a BBQ area (BBQ cheifs available on request).
