WELCOME: Ocean Republic is located on the beautiful white beach tropical island of Boracay in the heart of the Philippine island chain. Boracay is one of the most relaxed and friendly place you will ever visit with an amazing night life right on the pristine beach of "White Beach" often referred to as one of the most beautiful tropical beaches on the planet. The island itself is a mere 7km long by about 1km wide with Ocean Republic kite surf centre located on the windward facing "Bulabog Beach", blessed with its huge shallow sandy lagoon. During Nov-Apr  the NE monsoon season allows us to take full advantage of Asia's No1 kitesurfing and windsurfing location. May-Oct during the SW monsoon sees us teaching and riding on the famed White Beach.

Ocean Republic is also a shop where you can stock up on the newest 2009 Nobile and Slingshot kites and Nobile kiteboards, used and ex-demo equipment or hire of equipment is also available.

February and March prove to be the best months for learning but April is proving that it still is producing light winds in the morning.

Our NEW centre is located upwind next to Mistral and Cafe Tabou we have designed a custom layout for YOUR needs.

The main kiteboarding beach is where are centre is located. We are the most upwind school and have the largest kite storage capacity. We take great pride in our personal safety equipment should you ever need a tips or lessons, in fact we have the best safety equipment on the island due to running professional level instructor training courses (courses run by Neil Godbold IKO examiner).
